What do you do
Live Service Analysis
- Live Monitoring: Monitor real-time service status and player behavior to ensure a stable gaming environment.
- Reporting: Translate community insights into actionable data for the development and product teams to improve gameplay.
Service Quality & Customer Experience
- Inquiry Management: Manage user inquiries and technical issues, ensuring premium service quality.
- Operation Protocols: Establish and optimize CS response guidelines and FAQ databases tailored to Taiwanese cultural nuances.
- Crisis Management: Identify and escalate critical in-game issues or bugs through real-time monitoring and user feedback.
Localization
- Review in-game content, events, and announcements to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance for the Taiwanese market.
Preferred Qualifications
Live Service & CS Expertise
Proven experience in game live service operations or customer service (CS) management, with a focus on enhancing player satisfaction.
